This App User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the CCKApp mobile application (“App”) provided by CCK Consolidated Holdings Berhad (“Company”). By accessing or using the App, users agree to comply with this Agreement and all related policies.
By using the App, users explicitly agree to and consent to all Company policies, including but not limited to the Data Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and any internal compliance requirements. Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these policies as binding.
All elements of the App, including the user interface (UI), data, content, and any form of offerings or services provided through the App, are the exclusive property of CCK Consolidated Holdings Berhad. Users shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App or its content.
The App may collect personal and behavioral data for the purpose of improving services and ensuring operational efficiency. All collected data is strictly used within CCK Consolidated Holdings Berhad, its subsidiaries, and related companies. The Company ensures that data handling complies with applicable privacy laws and internal governance policies.
Users are prohibited from sharing, copying, or distributing any data or content from the App. Screenshots, recordings, or any form of reproduction of the App’s interface or content are strictly forbidden.
This Agreement complies with the privacy policy and user agreement requirements of both Apple App Store and Google Play Store. It includes disclosures regarding data collection, user consent, and usage restrictions as mandated by platform guidelines.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 and its amendments. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
The Company reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
